WonderHero is a Play to Earn Mobile game for iOS and Android. It is a turn-based RPG (role-playing game) where players can collect NFT assets (Heroes, Weapons & Equipment)  and sell them on a peer-to-peer marketplace.

After human civilization has been forced to live in space, the first group of students from Hero Academy returns to the uninhabitable planet Earth, where danger and adventure await. Featuring 17 heroes, each with unique skills and strengths, players will need to assemble their team based on their unique strategy and playstyle to successfully complete the missions.

### Blockchain gaming is plagued with bad user experience and high fees. 
Most blockchain games fail to attract a large number of users due to the high barriers to entry. Players need to first acquire costly NFTs and face the confusing process of setting up wallets before being able to even play. Compared to the traditional gaming world, the blockchain space is still lacking visually captivating and engaging games.

### WonderHero takes blockchain gaming to the next level.
Through its mobile-only platform, players from across the globe can digitally own and trade Heroes, Weapons, and Equipment on a peer-to-peer marketplace. Transactions are fast with negligible fees, as WonderHero is leveraging Polygon’s high-throughput blockchain infrastructure. To make the game accessible to everyone, players simply need to acquire one Hero and Weapon NFT to play.

## Business Model
### The raised funds will be used to cover the team’s operating costs for the following 18 months.
* 50% are allocated to development
* 10% to operational expenses
* 20% to liquidity and exchanges
* 20% to the ecosystem. 

The main sources of income of WonderHero are the NFT drops and the marketplace transaction fees, where the platform charges a 5% fee. 95% of the revenue will be placed into the mining rewards and the DAO will vote on its future usage. 

## Market 
### Main competitors include Star Atlas, Faraland, and Axie Infinity.
Axie Infinity was the first project showcasing the vast potential for blockchain gaming. However, its success has become a blessing and a curse. As every player needs at least three Axies, the cost to play has become so prohibitively high that many players are left out simply because they cannot afford to play, leading to lower game adoption. The scholarship program solves part of the problem in the short term but is not scalable.

### $WND: The native utility token of WonderHero
In WonderHero, every Hero, Weapon, Equipment are NFT collectibles and require the $WND and/or $HON token to purchase or upgrade them. $WND is the main governance token, allowing holders to have a say in the protocol's usage of accrued revenue and vote for the future direction of the game. Players can stake their valuable NFTs or $WND to earn weekly $WND rewards. $HON Tokens can be earned as rewards by completing missions or winning battles. The higher the level, the more players can earn.
