All 30 Pikachu Cards in 30th Celebration: The Full Reveal Tracker

Every booster pack of 30th Celebration comes with one of 30 different Pikachu cards, each by a different artist, each wearing a glimmering fireworks foil layer, and the reveals are landing daily. As of August 15, 19 of the 30 are out, and the set made its statement with slot one, Pikachu 01/30 is drawn by Ken Sugimori, Pokemon's original artist. How the 30 Pikachu Subset Works

The mechanics, confirmed across Pokemon's official reveals:

• One guaranteed per pack. Every 30th Celebration booster contains five foil cards, and one of those five is always one of the 30 Pikachu.
• A set within the set. The Pikachu run occupies cards 023 to 052 of the 128-card base list, and each card carries a second number for the subset, 023/128 is also marked 01/30, 042/128 is 20/30, and so on. Completing the 30 is its own checklist by design.
• The fireworks foil. Each of the 30 wears a glimmering "fireworks" holo layer across the entire card, a treatment unique to this subset in a set where every card, down to the Basic Energy, is already foil.
• Thirty artists, thirty styles. Each Pikachu comes from a different illustrator, from Pokemon's founding artist to the community's modern favorites, which turns the subset into a gallery of the franchise's 30 years.

The Confirmed Artists So Far

The artist-to-number pairs officially confirmed as of August 15, newest first:

01/30. Ken Sugimori. The statement card of the whole subset. Pokemon's original artist draws a deliberately chubby, retro Pikachu, a callback to how the character looked in 1996, and Pokemon labeled it the first Pikachu in the set. Revealed August 11.

06/30. sowsow. A cozy scene, a solitary Pikachu surrounded by pillows, hugging a Friend Ball cushion while it waits for its trainer. Card 028/128. Revealed August 12.

20/30. Akira Komayama. Pikachu bounding across a bright pink landscape under a blue sky with halftone clouds, all motion and pastel streaks. Card 042/128. Revealed August 12.

28/30. Shimaris Yukichi. A full-cheeked Pikachu eating its way through a pile of Berries inside a thick white border. Card 050/128. Revealed August 12.

Also revealed: a Pikachu by Shinji Kanda, confirmed August 13, with its slot number not yet stated in English. The remaining reveals so far have come through Pokemon Japan's channels with full artist credits still rolling out in English, and we add each one here as it is confirmed.

• Revealed (19): 01, 03, 04, 06, 08, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 25, 27, 28.
• Still hidden (11): 02, 05, 07, 09, 13, 21, 23, 24, 26, 29, 30.

Two notes on the map. The reveals are not sequential, Pokemon is skipping around the numbering, which suggests the remaining slots are being saved deliberately, and slot 30 is still hidden, the natural stage for a finale card. And a transparency note, portions of the set have leaked early through retail materials circulating online. This tracker reports official reveals only, no leaked cards, no rumored artists, which is why our count can briefly trail what forums claim to know.

The Bonus Pair: Day and Night Pikachu ex

Two more Pikachu live just outside the subset, Pikachu ex at 053/128 and 054/128, a day-scene and night-scene pair of Double Rares revealed August 10. Some database sites count them among the 30, they are not, the subset ends at 052 and the ex pair sits on top of it, which means a Pikachu-focused collector is really chasing 32 cards. The pair also matters for players, an ex Pikachu is a playable card, not just a gallery piece.

Which Pikachu Will Be Worth the Most?

The honest answer before launch: no prices exist until packs open, and we do not invent any. What the structure tells us anyway:

• The odds inside the 30 are flat as far as anyone knows. One guaranteed Pikachu per pack with no confirmed weighting means no Pikachu is rarer than another at the pack level, so early price separation will come from demand, not supply.
