Cooper Flagg returned from a mild left shoulder sprain on October 26, 2026 and scored 29 points with 11 assists in the Dallas Mavericks' 113-109 win at Miami, per ESPN's box score. He had missed one game. Two nights later he added 26 points and 8 assists in a 120-96 win over Oklahoma City. The best paid Flagg sale at Fanatics Collect since the injury is $19,999, and his base Topps Chrome rookie in PSA 10 held at about $300 while he was out.

From Injury to Return

October 23, at Indiana

  • Flagg hurt his left shoulder and did not play the second half of a 121-105 Dallas win, as our earlier report covered

October 24, vs. San Antonio

  • Out. An MRI showed a mild left shoulder sprain, and the team said he would be reevaluated the following week, per ESPN

October 26, at Miami

  • 29 points on 12-of-23 shooting, 11 assists, 6 rebounds, 5 steals and 3 blocks in 40 minutes, with 5 turnovers, per ESPN. He scored 12 in the fourth quarter and blocked Andrew Wiggins' 3-point try with 31 seconds left to protect a two-point lead, per the AP recap

October 28, vs. Oklahoma City

  • 26 points on 10-of-23 shooting, 8 assists and 5 rebounds in 33 minutes, with no turnovers, per ESPN, against a Thunder team missing Jalen Williams, Chet Holmgren, Cason Wallace and Alex Caruso, per the AP recap. The win took Dallas to 3-2, over .500 for the first time since Flagg joined the team, per the AP recap

His Card Market Since the Injury

Fanatics Collect logged 341 Cooper Flagg sale records from October 24 through the morning of October 29, 2026, and 281 of them were marked Paid. These are the six highest:

The Base Rookie Held While He Was Out

His flagship base rookie, the 2025 Topps Chrome #251 in PSA 10, sold for $300 on October 8 and for $275 on the afternoon of October 26, hours before his return, with every paid sale in between landing from $275 to $300. That includes $300 and $288 in the October 25 auction, the night after he sat out. None has sold there since he came back, as of October 29, 2026.

Some parallels sold lower in the October 25 auction, the day after the game he missed. The Xfractor in PSA 10 brought $588 there, after $750 in the October 18 auction and two $750 Buy Now sales on October 20. The Pulsar Refractor in PSA 10 went for $552 in that auction, then $662 as a Buy Now on October 27, the day after his return. That is one post-injury sale each, so treat them as data points, not a trend.

Our take: a one-game absence barely showed up in the sale records. The base PSA 10 sold at its usual price the night after he sat, and the two five-figure paid sales since October 24 came on either side of his return ($11,400 on October 25, $19,999 on October 27). The next base PSA 10 sale will be the first read from after his return. Flagg's all-time top sales are in our most valuable Cooper Flagg cards list, led by the debut patch that sold for $8.04 million.
