Pokémon and Starbucks Reveal 41 Collectibles for Japan's September 30 Launch

Pokémon and Starbucks Coffee Japan have announced 41 merchandise items for a collaboration beginning September 30, 2026. The September 24 company release puts original Pokémon artwork on collectible everyday objects, alongside a Pikachu Honey Cream Latte. For collectors, the merchandise and art are the story, not just the drink.
Original Artwork Across a Full Collection
Starbucks credits illustrator Hikaru Ichijo with the collaboration's artwork. The release describes twelve artworks connecting Pokémon, people and coffee, used across the merchandise range.
The official campaign site is the place to identify individual products. Campaign photography shows bottles and bags, while the accompanying product overview also lists art stickers, postcards, posters and acrylic charms.
Those objects serve different collecting goals. A poster gives the illustration more room, a charm can follow a favourite character, and a bottle is an item you may actually use. Decide which part of the collaboration interests you before treating the entire range as a checklist to complete.
Japan Is the Announced Market
This is a Starbucks Coffee Japan launch. The announcement does not establish that the same assortment will arrive in US, UK or other regional Starbucks stores.
That distinction matters when a social post shortens the story to “Pokémon Starbucks is coming.” Check the seller, country and exact item rather than assuming a nearby store will carry a product photographed in Japan.
If you are comparing an import listing, separate the product price from delivery and any applicable charges. Confirm whether the seller is offering a preorder or an item already in hand. An announced release date is not evidence that a reseller has secured stock.

The Free Sticker Is Not a TCG Promo
The company says an eligible Pikachu Honey Cream Latte purchase includes one original sticker while supplies last. The drink is scheduled for September 30 through October 8, with possible earlier sellout.
That offer should not be described as a free Pokémon trading card. A sticker, a Starbucks payment card and a Pokémon TCG card are different objects even when they depict the same character.
Do not transfer the drink's sale window to every merchandise item, either. Check the current terms for the object you want. An accessory may have its own stock conditions, and a photograph of several products together does not make them one bundle.
What to Check on a Collectible Listing
Start with the exact design and item type. For a bottle, that includes its capacity and material. For art products, check whether the listing is for a single piece or a complete advertised set. Match the image against the official campaign rather than a generic Pokémon illustration.
Included packaging and condition matter if you intend to display or later trade an item. Ask whether a photographed charm or extra is part of the specific listing, not simply present in the campaign image.
Our anniversary merchandise guide covers other collections with different sellers and release schedules. Starbucks is another distinct collaboration, not a renamed part of the Pokémon Center or Target ranges.
Collect the Artwork You Want
A collaboration can be enjoyable without a scarcity narrative. The announcement does not give a numbered production total for each object or promise a resale premium.
For collectors accustomed to card checklists, the same discipline still helps: define what counts as complete for your own project. The approach in our master-set guide is useful as a planning principle, but these merchandise items are not a TCG expansion.
Where to Go From Here
Check the Japan campaign page for the individual merchandise and current sale terms before launch. For a separate physical-collectible opening experience, the Polkastarter marketplace offers a free mystery pack at signup, and every Lootbox lists its contents, values, and chances before you open. The products discussed here are not promised marketplace inventory.
