Here is what is in the box and how the numbered cards are split.

All 18 come as standard Ultra Rares, plus extended art versions in Ultra Rare or Starlight Rare, inside the three foil-wrapped packs.

How the Grand Master Rares Are Split
Only the 18 reimagined cards get Grand Master Rare versions, with extended art and hieroglyphic borders, per Konami:
- Numbering: 001 through 100
- Americas: 100 copies of each card, North, Central and South America combined
- Europe-distributed markets (Europe, Oceania, Africa, Middle East): another 100 of each card, with an "E" at the end of the serial number
- Language: always English, even when pulled from French, German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish packs
Konami's page totals this as 1,800 in one line, then gives 100 per card for the Americas and another 100 per card for Europe-distributed markets. By our count that is 1,800 per region and 3,600 worldwide, the same reading as our Magnificent Monsters coverage. As of November 5, 2026, Konami has not published a pull rate. Its product page puts it this way: "With so few cards spread across the entire print run, Grand Master Rare Cards will be EXTREMELY rare."
What Else Is New
- 21 new cards for Toon, Witchcrafter and Unchained Decks, one per pack, including Blue-Eyes Ultimate Toon Dragon
- 10 more new anime-based cards, including the first Dark Tuner monsters from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's and Chaos End Ruler - Master of the Beginning and End
- 10 chibi variant arts, including Lovely Labrynth of the Silver Castle and Fallen of Albaz
- 24 extended art cards in total. The 6 extended arts of popular older cards only appear in the 3 cellophane-wrapped cards in each box
- 40 first-time foils, including Toon Barrel Dragon, Toon Buster Blader and Makiu, the Magical Mist
- Reprints of hard-to-find Toons such as Toon Bookmark, Toon Dark Magician and Toon Table of Contents
What It Means for Collectors
A serialized Grand Master Rare and a standard Ultra Rare with the same name are different collectibles, so check the serial and the "E" suffix before you buy one. An E-suffix copy, sold through Europe-distributed markets, has its own run of 100, so 001/100 and 001/100E are two different cards. Our take: the Toon reprints are the quiet value for players, because Konami says those cards had become hard to find. Our most expensive Yu-Gi-Oh cards guide shows why documented scarcity matters to price.
