Where It Ranks Among F1 Cards

At Goldin, only one Topps Chrome F1 card has sold for more: a 2020 Lewis Hamilton SuperFractor #1, numbered 1/1 and graded PSA 7, at $900,000 in May 2022. Next come a 2020 Max Verstappen SuperFractor autograph at $534,000 in August 2022, Antonelli's own Red Refractor below, and a 2020 Charles Leclerc SuperFractor at $264,000 in May 2022.

For Antonelli, it more than doubles his previous best at Goldin: a 2025 Topps Chrome F1 Red Refractor #8, numbered to five and graded PSA 10, at $360,510 in September 2026.

Three More Six-Figure Antonelli Cards the Same Night

Goldin sold more than two dozen Antonelli lots in the same auction. Three more cleared six figures, per its lot records:

• 2025 Topps Dynasty F1 Autograph Patch Gold, 1/1, Topps encased: $219,600 after 19 bids
• 2025 Topps Chrome F1 Red Refractor #8, numbered to five, PSA 9: $128,100 after 27 bids
• 2025 Topps Chrome F1 Helix SuperFractor #HLX-8, 1/1, PSA 10: $122,610 after 33 bids

Why Antonelli, Why Now

Antonelli made his F1 debut with Mercedes at the 2025 Australian Grand Prix as an 18-year-old and finished seventh in the 2025 championship, per Goldin's lot descriptions. As of October 20, 2026, he leads the drivers' standings with 340 points, 102 ahead of his Mercedes teammate George Russell, per Formula 1's standings, with six rounds still to run.

Our take: the grade gap is the story inside the story. Two copies of the same Red Refractor #8, each numbered to five, sold four weeks apart (September 20 and October 18, 2026): $360,510 in PSA 10 and $128,100 in PSA 9. Here, one grade point was worth about $232,000. Our guide to whether PSA grading is worth it runs the costs against resale.
