The most valuable Arceus card by confirmed sales at Fanatics Collect and Goldin is the 2009 Platinum Arceus holo Arceus LV.X #95: a PSA 10 sold for $288,000 after 72 bids in a Fanatics Collect weekly auction on September 13, 2026. The set has three different Arceus LV.X cards, and all three are in the top six. Search "Arceus" and you will also see a $240,000 Gengar LV.X from the same set (sold September 20, 2026), which is not an Arceus card. Below are the Arceus cards with the biggest confirmed sales.

Current as of October 17, 2026. Sales are from Fanatics Collect's sold records, confirmed on each lot page that is still online, and Goldin lot records. Auction prices include buyer's premium. Only single cards with sales marked paid (Fanatics Collect) or sold (Goldin) are ranked, so multi-card lots and sealed product are left out. Fanatics dates are auction close dates in Pacific time, so lot pages can show the next day. Fanatics Collect lot pages show a result as sold even when its sold records still list it as unpaid.

The Most Valuable Arceus Cards, Ranked

Ranked by each card's highest confirmed sale at Fanatics Collect or Goldin, in any grade. Print variants of the same card share one entry. Each of the seven Arceus Design Contest winners is its own card with the winner's own design, so each counts on its own. Graders name them differently: CGC's "Nakamura Winner" is the 3rd Grade Winner. Only cards that show Arceus count.

1. Arceus LV.X #95, Platinum Arceus (2009): $288,000

2. Arceus LV.X #96, Platinum Arceus (2009): $114,000

3. Arceus, 3rd Grade Winner, Pokémon Card Design Contest Promo (Japanese, 2009): $78,000

  • Sale: PSA 10, $78,000 after 42 bids in a Fanatics Collect Premier auction, February 19, 2026. The lot page showed 10 PSA 10s on October 17, 2026
  • Also: the same card in a CGC 10 slab, labeled "Nakamura Winner" after 3rd grade winner Shoki Nakamura, sold for $15,600 after 39 bids in a Fanatics Collect Premier auction, May 16, 2024

4. Arceus, 6th Grade Winner, Pokémon Card Design Contest Promo (Japanese, 2009): $57,600

  • Sale: PSA 5, $57,600 after 48 bids in a Fanatics Collect weekly auction, October 11, 2026
  • Why it matters: a PSA 5 outsold most PSA 10s on this list. The lot page showed it as the only PSA 5, with eight copies graded higher, on October 17, 2026

5. Arceus #XY83, Full Art, XY Black Star Promo (2015): $55,200

6. Arceus LV.X #94, Platinum Arceus (2009): $43,200

7. Arceus, CoroCoro Winner, Pokémon Card Design Contest Promo (Japanese, 2009): $31,200

8. Arceus, 5th Grade Winner, Pokémon Card Design Contest Promo (Japanese, 2009): $23,400

9. Arceus, 4th Grade Winner, Pokémon Card Design Contest Promo (Japanese, 2009): $21,600

Platinum Arceus Set Cards That Are Not Arceus

The 2009 Platinum Arceus set holds big sales that do not show Arceus at all:

Gengar LV.X #97: $240,000 in PSA 10 at Fanatics Collect on September 20, 2026. Our guide to the most valuable Gengar cards covers Gengar.

Charizard #1: $48,000 in PSA 10 at Fanatics Collect on October 11, 2026.

Ponyta #SH11: $28,800 in reverse holo PSA 10 at Fanatics Collect on October 11, 2026.

Those prices belong to the set, not to Arceus.

How to Check an Arceus Price Yourself

Read the card name, not the set name. A slab labeled "Platinum Arceus" can be any card from that set.

Know which LV.X you have. The three Arceus LV.X cards in Platinum Arceus, #94, #95 and #96, sold for $43,200 (September 6, 2026), $288,000 (September 13, 2026) and $114,000 (September 27, 2026) in PSA 10.

Count only paid sales. Fanatics Collect's sold items records mark some results as unpaid (the lot page still says sold), and those can fall through. As of October 17, 2026, those records list several Arceus results as unpaid, including a $21,000 CoroCoro Ichiban! PSA 10 (January 26, 2025), an $84,000 Arceus LV.X #95 PSA 10 (October 11, 2026) and a $9,300 Arceus #AR8 PSA 10 (October 11, 2026). None of them is ranked. Our guide on how to read the PSA pop report shows how to check how many copies exist, and our CGC vs PSA guide compares the two graders' costs.
